Jeder Fahrgast, der bei ExpressBus eine Fahrkarte erwirbt, akzeptiert damit die Allgemeinen Geschäfts- und Beförderungsbedingungen der ExpressBus. Für den Transport gelten die allgemeinen Vertrags- und Beförderungsbedingungen der die jeweilige Busfahrt durchführenden und dafür verantwortlichen Transport-Unternehmung (sog. Beförderer). Der Beförderer ist auf der Fahrkarte ersichtlich. / The activity of ExpressBus GmbH consists of the sale of tickets for both our own and for bus journeys undertaken by third parties coach.
